Business & Housing

The Business and Housing Services Division provides opportunities for improvement to business owners and homeowners.  These opportunities include low interest loans and grants for commercial facade renovation as well as loans for home repairs, rehabilitation and down payment assistance.

Most of these programs are funded through state and federal grants and are available to low-to-moderate income families and individuals.  The Business and Housing Services Division also provides funding for community organizations and community projects.
