Code Enforcement - Home Print

The Paradise Town Council has adopted municipal codes specifically designed to address blight, nuisances, and to maintain a clean environment for all citizens in our community. The Town of Paradise does this by working in partnership with the people of Paradise.

The mission of the Code Enforcement Division is to promote and maintain a safe and desirable living and working environment. We help maintain and improve the quality of our community by administering a fair and unbiased enforcement program to correct violations of municipal codes and land use requirements. We also work with residents, neighborhood associations, public service agencies and other Town departments to:

  • Facilitate voluntary compliance with Town codes.
  • Empower community self-help programs.
  • Develop public outreach programs.
  • Establish community priorities for enforcement programs.

Be a Partner

You can make Paradise a better place to live, learn, work and play. To resolve municipal code violations you may file a complaint with the Code Enforcement Division, which is part of the Community Development Department.  You may print out the Complaint/Report Form to mail or deliver to the Code Enforcement Division; call the Code Enforcement Division at either 872-6989 or 872-6231 to speak to a Code Enforcement Officer;  or drop by Town Hall at 5555 Skyway, Monday through Thursday, 8:00 a.m. through 5:00 p.m. if you'd like to ask questions in person.  Be prepared to provide specific and detailed information, including the exact location or address, and a complete description of the violation.
