Northern Recycling & Waste Services NRWS helps provide environmentally sound resource management programs for the residents and businesses of the Upper Ridge. "Daffodils Across the Ridge" is a community beautification projects sponsored by the Pardise Garden Club, Paradise, California.
Paradise Unified School District (PUSD) PUSD supports preschool through adult education programs and twelve schools, including traditional campuses, charter schools and home study opportunities. Paradise Irrigation District (PID) PID supplies domestic and agricultural water for the Paradise community and has been doing so since 1916.
Paradise Recreation and Park District (PRPD) PRPD creates community and quality of life through people, parks, and programs. Paradise Ridge Chamber of Commerce The Chamber and Visitors Bureau serves nearly 400 business and associates in the greater Paradise area. The Chamber has been representing the business community since 1941. Paradise Performing Arts Center (PPAC) PPAC is a top-notch venue dedicated to boosting the spirits of the community through community events, educational presentations, and live performances. Paradise Ridge Family Resource Center (PRFRC) The PRFRC offers confidential, free, and low-cost services to families in a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The award-winning center houses many of the town’s social service agencies.
Paradise Center for Tolerance and Nonviolence (PCTN) The PCTN is a grassroots, nonsectarian, nonpartisan organization dedicated to honoring differences, peacefully resolving conflicts, and advocating for a harmonious community. Paradise Fire Safe Council (PFSC) The Paradise Fire Safe Council is a committee of the Paradise Town Council. Community members are appointed by the Fire Chief who serves as the staff liaison to the PFSC. Theatre on the Ridge was founded in 1975 as an offshoot of a children's program administered by the Paradise Recreation and Parks District. Originally producing one or two productions a year in the local gymnasium, the Theatre expanded to its own location in September 1979. Renovations of an old commercial building were accomplished with all volunteer labor and donations of material and services from the local business community |
