2010-2015 Consolidated Plan and 2010-2011 Annual Plan Update: DRAFT Consolidated Plan and Draft Annual Plan now available. The Town of Paradise receives a Community Development Block Grant under the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. To accomplish this objective, activities which 1) benefit low/moderate income persons, 2) aid in the elimination/prevention of slums or blight, 3) meet other urgent community development needs having particular urgency for which no other funds are available, will be given priority. Public participation is requested. Please attend one of the public hearings or submit written comments to Lauren Gill, Business & Housing Services, 5555 Skyway, Paradise, CA 95969 or email: lgill@townofparadise.com.
