The primary role of the Development Services Department is to carry out the mission of the Town’s top three priorities, which are:

• To maintain the Town’s financial stability and fiscal solvency;
• To provide for the public safety, security and protection of our citizens; and
• To promote, support and encourage the business growth, development and economic revitalization of our community. 

Each of the functions of this Department plays a vital role in aiding and promoting responsible development while maintaining Paradise as a great place to live, work and play.
