For the past several years, the Town of Paradise has offered deferred, low-interest loans for home repairs.  This program, funded by State and Federal grants, brings dollars into the community that not only assist low-income homeowners,  but also help sustain our affordable housing stock, and help support local contractors and building suppliers.  Types of repairs include:

  • Roof Repair or Replacement alt
  • Electrical
  • Plumbing, including septic systems repairs and replacement
  • And many more types of repairs that address health, safety and code deficiencies
Low income homeowners who meet certain eligibility requirements based on Federal 2009 Income Limits may apply.  Further information can be obtained from the Owner-Occupied Rehabilitation Program Brochure.  To be placed on the altwaiting list, please fill out the on-line form in the Owner-Occupied Rehabilitation Program Brochure.  This form can be filled out and submitted online.
