It is the Town Manager's responsibility to implement Council adopted policies and programs, to prepare the annual budget, and to coordinate the assignments and activities of 9 full service departments and the Paradise Redevelopment Agency.  Town Manager, Chuck Rough, has been serving the community in this capacity since 1996.  He has worked in local governement for over 30 years.
