The Town of Paradise hosted the 4th Christmas Tree Lighting event in the Paradise Community Park.  Many townsfolk showed up to witness the tree lighting and truck parade.  Santa Claus made a special appearance to the delight of all of the children (even though he is very busy this time of year!)  Mayor Lotter and Vice-Mayor DiDuca were on hand to flip the switch and brighten the festivities!

A special thanks to all volunteers, including the St. Thomas Moore Children's Chorus, Ray Degischer (Gold Nugget Museum), Rick McGregor (Truck Paradise coordinator), Chris Hoffman of Alpine Electric, Mary Essila, Steve Eutoras, Katie Brown (Soloist), Tom Gomez (Tom's Tree Service).

Many Town staff members also volunteered their services to this annual event:  Cheri Masse, Joanna Guitierrez, Dina Volenski, Paul Derr, Sherry Bruno, Lauren Gill, Eric Rapp and Kari Eurotas.

The Truck Parade, under the direction of Rick McGregor, collected many food items to the Help-4-People food bank.  What a great event.  A big thanks to all of the truckers!
