These programs are funded through State and Federal grants and bring dollars into the community that not only help our residents and improve our housing stock, but also help to support those residents who work in the housing industry, including realtors, lenders, contractors/sub-contractors  and building suppliers.

The Town offers low-interest, deferred (no monthly payment) loans, to low and moderate income residents of Paradise based on federal 2012 Income Limits.
