2. AGENCY CONSIDERATION
a. Approve Minutes of Regular Redevelopment Agency meeting of 7/26/05.
b. (1) Ratify Contract Change Orders #1 and #2 for the 2005 Hazardous Material Abatement and Building Demolition Project in a total amount of $10,700.00; (2) Accept the 2005 Hazardous Material Abatement and Building Demolition Project as complete; (3) Authorize the Agency Secretary to file a Notice of Completion with County Recorder's Office; and, (4) Authorize the payment of the 10% retention to Kemen & Son Engineering after the 15-day lien period.
3. PUBLIC COMMUNICATION
This is the time for members of the audience who have completed a "Request to Address Council" card and given it to the Clerk to present items not on the Agenda. Comments should be limited to a maximum of three minutes duration. The Town Council is prohibited by State Law from taking action on any item presented if it is not listed on the Agenda.
