2. AGENCY CONSIDERATION
a. Approve the Minutes of the June 28, 2005, Regular Redevelopment Agency Meeting and the June 29, 2005, Special Redevelopment Agency Meeting.
b. Ratify the recommended correction to the FY 2005/2006 Redevelopment Agency Housing Fund Budget (which allocates 10% of the Senior Accountant position to the Redevelopment Housing Fund) and increases fiscal year expenditures by $7,941.00.
c. Consider approving the Redevelopment Advisory Committee's recommended "Non-Conforming Pole Sign Replacement Incentive Program for replacement of non-conforming signage in the Redevelopment Project Area". This incentive program will become part of the existing Commercial Façade Renovation Program.
3. PUBLIC COMMUNICATION
This is the time for members of the audience who have completed a "Request to Address Council" card and given it to the Clerk to present items not on the Agenda. Comments should be limited to a maximum of three minutes duration. The Town Council is prohibited by State Law from taking action on any item presented if it is not listed on the Agenda.
