REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY AGENDA

IMMEDIATELY FOLLOWING REGULAR TOWN COUNCIL MEETING

2. AGENCY CONSIDERATION

a. Approve the Minutes of the 9/27/05 Regular RDA Meeting.

b. Approve contract and appropriate from RDA Non-Housing and Housing Funds a sum not to exceed $3,000 and $1,000 respectfully for the FY 2004/05 auditing services by Moss, Levy & Hartzheim, a professional CPA firm.

c. Approve a not-to-exceed appropriation in the amount of $7,500.00 for the purchase of materials to assist the Gold Nugget Museum with the construction of a new roof for the Train Depot prior to winter.

3. PUBLIC COMMUNICATION

This is the time for members of the audience who have completed a "Request to Address Council" card and given it to the Clerk to present items not on the Agenda. Comments should be limited to a maximum of three minutes duration. The Town Council is prohibited by State Law from taking action on any item presented if it is not listed on the Agenda.
