2. AGENCY CONSIDERATION
a. Approve the Minutes of the 3/8/05 Regular Redevelopment Agency Meeting.
b. Consider concurring with the March 22, 2005 Town Council authorization for the Town Manager to execute a Professional Services contract with Pam Figge of "Planning Focus Land Use Consulting" to provide additional planning services for needed text revisions/update to the Paradise General Plan Housing Element; and, authorizing the expenditure of Redevelopment Agency funds to cover 80% [approximately $1,920] of the cost of the contracted planning services. (ROLL CALL VOTE)
3. PUBLIC COMMUNICATION
This is the time for members of the audience who have completed a "Request to Address Council" card and given it to the Clerk to present items not on the Agenda. Comments should be limited to a maximum of three minutes duration. The Town Council is prohibited by State Law from taking action on any item presented if it is not listed on the Agenda.
