a. Approve the Minutes of the 9/13/05 Regular Redevelopment Agency Meeting.
b. Adopt Resolution #05-02, Resolution Authorizing Issuance, Sale and Delivery of Paradise Redevelopment Project 2005 Tax Allocation Notes in a Principal Amount Not to Exceed $2.30 Million; Approving the Form of a First Supplemental Indenture, a Note Purchase Agreement, a Preliminary Official Statement, and a Continuing Disclosure Certificate and Authorizing Modifications Thereto and Execution Thereof as Modified; Approving a Preliminary Official Statement and Authorizing Modifications Thereto and Printing and Distribution Thereof as Modified; Authorizing Preparation and Distribution of a Final Official Statement to be Substantially Derived from the Preliminary Official Statement; and Authorizing Related Actions in Connection with Issuance, Sale and Delivery of the 2005 Tax Allocation Notes. 3. PUBLIC COMMUNICATION
This is the time for members of the audience who have completed a "Request to Address Council" card and given it to the Clerk to present items not on the Agenda. Comments should be limited to a maximum of three minutes duration. The Town Council is prohibited by State Law
from taking action on any item presented if it is not listed on the Agenda.
