The
Town Council's regular
meetings are held twice per month, and take place on the second
and fourth Tuesdays of each month at 6:00 p.m., in the Town Council
Chambers located at Town Hall, 5555 Skyway. Town Council
agendas and packets are posted and available for public review,
beginning at 8 a.m., on the Thursday preceding each regularly scheduled

Regular meetings of the Town's Planning Commission take place on the first Monday of each month at 6:00 p.m., in the Town Council Chambers. Planning Commission agendas and packets are posted and available for public review no later than the preceding Wednesday, at 2:00 p.m.
Meetings of the Tree Permit Review Committee, Development Impact Fees Adjustment Board, Building Board of Appeals takes place on a needs basis only. Agendas are posted and agenda packets are available for public review within five business days prior to a scheduled meeting.
Meetings of the Redevelopment Advisory Committee take place on the fourth Wednesday of each month at 6:30PM in the Town Hall Conference Room. Redevelopment Advisory Committee Agendas are posted and available for public review no later than the preceding Wednesday at 3:00PM.
All notices of meetings and timely distribution of meeting agenda packets to the public are in strict adherence to the Ralph M. Brown Act.
