Audited Financial Statements


 

 

Mann, Urrutia, Nelson, Certified Public Accountants have completed the annual audit for Fiscal Year 2016/17. Mann, Urrutia, Nelson, CPAs indicated that the financial statements present fairly, in all material respects, the respective financial position of the governmental activities, the business-type activities, each major fund, and the aggregate remaining fund information of the Town of Paradise as of June 30, 2017.

The Town Management did a thorough analysis of the financial statements and that analysis is included in the financial statements as “Management’s Discussion and Analysis” on pages 3 through 11. Citizens are encouraged to read management’s complete discussion and analysis included in the report.

The 2017/18 fiscal year ends June 30, 2018. The audit for this fiscal year will be completed and is expected to be presented and posted in December 2018.
