Owner-Occupied Housing Rehabilitation

For the past several years, the Town of Paradise has offered deferred, low-interest loans for home repairs.  This program, funded by State and Federal grants, brings dollars into the community that not only assist low-income homeowners,  but also help sustain our affordable housing stock, and help support local contractors and building suppliers.  Types of repairs include:  

  • Roof Repair or Replacement 
  • Electrical
  • Plumbing, including septic systems repairs and replacement
  • And many more types of repairs that address health, safety and code deficiencies 

Low income homeowners who meet certain eligibility requirements based on Federal pdf 2016 Income Limits ( 10 KB )  may apply.  Further information can be obtained from the pdf Owner-Occupied Rehabilitation Program Brochure ( 584 KB ) .  To be placed on thewaiting list, you may either drop off or mail in the form located in the brochure.
