Documents Required for Final

To pass a final inspection on your project the following items are required: 

1. Construction and demolition recycling form (DO NOT need for MFH)

2. PID for Potable Water Letter (COMM, SFR and MFH)

3. Subcontractors’ checklist (One per permit number. Cannot use the same form for multiple permits.)

4. Operations and maintenance manual (SFR only)

5. HERS verification complete (SFR only)

6. Septic permit completed and As Built submitted (if applicable)

7. Encroachment permit completed (if applicable)

8. Solar permit completed (building permits before January 6, 2023 are not required to have solar)
 

ALL SIGNATURES WILL NEED VERIFICATION.

Acceptable signature verification includes:

1. A digital signature with DocuSign.

2. A handwritten signature and a photo ID both uploaded into GovWell for verification.

3. A wet signed form brought into the Building Resiliency Center with a photo ID to upload into GovWell for photo verification.  

Copies of all documents can be provided to an inspector or the Building Division prior to final inspection.
