Documents Required for Final

To pass a final inspection on your project the following items are required: 

1.  Construction and demolition recycling form. 

2.  PID for Potable Water Letter.

3.. Septic permit complete and As Built submitted - if applicable

4. Encroachment complete- if applicable

5. HERS verification complete

6. Subcontractors List 

7. Owners maintenance manual 

All documents can be uploaded into GovWell prior to final inspection
