Septic / Onsite

Septic Evaluator Training

ANNUAL EVALUATOR LICENSE FEES ARE DUE by JUNE 30th every year!

Note:   Annual fees must be paid in order to stay active in Accela Citizen Access Portal for submitting reports!

The Town of Paradise is the largest unsewered city in California.  While this is a challenging situation, especially in recovery, the Onsite Wastewater Division works hard to ensure the proper design, construction, maintenance and monitoring of all wastewater disposal either via standard septic systems or, state of the art, alternative systems throughout the community.  Water quality is constantly monitored with routine surface water and groundwater sampling that is lab tested for contamination.  The work of this division has historically received high marks from its residents, the development and building trades community as well as various regulatory agencies.

The Town of Paradise is currently pursuing a Sewer Project for primarily the commercial areas of town.  For more information on this project, please visit paradisesewer.com.
