Town of Paradise Receives Grand Jury Report

Paradise, CA — The Town of Paradise announces that it has received the recently released Butte County Grand Jury Report. Town staff and the Town Council are currently reviewing the findings and recommendations contained in the document. In accordance with state law, the Town Council will provide a formal written response within the required 90-day timeframe. That response will be submitted to the Grand Jury and made available to the public upon completion.
The Town of Paradise remains committed to transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement in serving the community. Over the past year, Town Council and Town staff have made great strides on improving systems, elevating department training, and creating public facing opportunities to report building code compliance issues.
