Town of Paradise Announces 2026 General Municipal Election

PARADISE, CA — The Town of Paradise is preparing for the November 3, 2026 General Municipal Election, during which voters will elect two members to the Paradise Town Council. The successful candidates will serve four-year terms beginning with the first Town Council meeting in December 2026 and continuing through December 2030. The seats are currently held by Ronald Lassonde and Steve Crowder.
The candidate nomination period opens on Monday, July 13, 2026, and closes on Friday, August 7, 2026. Candidates must obtain nomination papers from the Town Clerk. Prospective candidates are encouraged to schedule an appointment and allow approximately 30 minutes to review nomination requirements and required election documents. If an incumbent does not file for office, the nomination period may be extended by five calendar days.
Town Hall is located at 5555 Skyway in Paradise and is open Monday through Thursday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
