• PERS retirement plan (2% @ 60 for classic members, 2% @ 62 for new members)

• Longevity - 5% @ 10 years, up to 7.5% @ 15 years
• Sick Leave - 96 hours per year
• Administrative Leave - 88 hours per year
• Vacation Leave - 0-4 years = 120 hours per year, 5-9 years = 135 hours per year, 10-14 years = 176 hours per year, 15 + years = 200 hours per year
• Bereavement Leave - Up to 5 days each leave, with 3 paid days
• Holidays - 12 days per year
• Floating Holiday - 30 hours per year

  • *Employee pays a portion of premium for coverage
