Description

The Community Relations  Committee (CRC) will consist of 5-7 residents of the Town of Paradise, supported by Town Staff including the Public Information Officer and Town Manager.  Appointments to the CRC will be made by the Town Manager.  All meetings of the CRC will be open to the public, however will not be subject to the Brown Act as no Council Members will serve on the CRC.  Meetings will generally be held on Weekday mornings, on an as-needed basis.  The term of the Committee Members will be 1 year. 

Purpose

The purpose of the CRC is to gain insight and feedback from members of our community on various issues during the recovery process and day to day operation of the Town.  Feedback solicited from the CRC may be presented to the Paradise Town Council as part of background on policy recommendations or initiatives.

First Meeting

The first meeting of the Community Relations Committee will be held on Wednesday June 23rd at 9:00 AM at Paradise Town Hall – 5555 Skyway.
