ADA Self Evaluation Public Survey

The Town of Paradise is updating its Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Self-Evaluation and Transition Plan to better identify and address potential accessibility barriers within public rights-of-way (Code of Federal Regulations § 35.105 and § 35.151[i]), Town facilities, programs, and services.

As part of this effort, the Town is seeking input from community members about their experiences navigating public spaces and accessing Town services. Public feedback is a vital component of the ADA Self-Evaluation process and helps ensure continued progress toward equitable, accessible, and ADA-compliant improvements.

Community members are encouraged to complete a brief survey to share observations, concerns, or suggestions related to accessibility throughout the Town of Paradise.

Topics addressed in this Self-Evaluation include: sidewalks, crosswalks, curb ramps, on-street parking, and crosswalk push buttons.
