New Building Submittals: 2022 Codes accepted until 5pm Friday January 9, 2026

Complete building applications submitted under the 2022 code cycle will be accepted online and at the Building Resiliency Center until 5pm on January 9, 2026. 

What makes an application complete?

• All required documents are filled out and signed, Please see the Plan Submittal Requirements below. 
• Site plans include existing and or proposed septic location AND replacement fields area, are to scale, 
• Floor plans meet the approved septic capacity for the property  - this can be verified at Rebuild Paradise

Any submittals deemed complete after 5 pm January 9, 2026 must comply with the 2025 Building Codes.
