You can make Paradise a better place to live, learn, work and play. To resolve municipal code violations you may file a complaint with the Code Enforcement Division, which is part of the Community Development Department.  You may fill out and submit the Town of Paradise, CA Public Portal | GovWell online; call the Code Enforcement Division at either 872-6291 ext. 110 to speak to a Code Enforcement Officer;  or drop by the Building Resiliency Center at 6295 Skyway, Monday 9:00 a.m. through 5:00 p.m. or Tuesday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. through 5:00 p.m.,  if you'd like to ask questions in person.  Be prepared to provide specific and detailed information, including the exact location or address, and a complete description of the violation.
