**9/22/2025: IMPORTANT UPDATE: First-Time Homebuyer Program**

Our First-Time Homebuyer (FTHB) Program continues to be available to Paradise residents. However, the special disaster funding that allowed us to use higher income limits for households displaced by the Camp Fire (physically or economically) will expire on December 31, 2025. Starting January 1, 2026, the program will still have funding available, but applicants will need to qualify under the standard (lower) income limits. We encourage anyone who may qualify under the higher limits to submit an application before the December 31, 2025 deadline.
