Owner-Occupied Housing Rehabilitation
The Town of Paradise offers housing repair and rehabilitation services to its residents through federal and state-funded programs. The housing rehabilitation program provides deferred, low-interest loans to low and moderate income households for health and safety repairs. Types of repairs include:
- Roof Repair or Replacement
- Electrical
- Plumbing, including septic systems repairs and replacement
And many more types of repairs that address health, safety and code deficiencies.
Homeowners who meet certain eligibility requirements based on Federal 2025 Income Limits may apply. Further information can be obtained from the Owner-Occupied Rehabilitation Program Brochure. To be placed on the waiting list, you may either drop off, email or mail in the form located in the brochure.
