Four New VIPS Swearing In

Congrats to new VIPS Bert, Pati, Rochelle, and Carol

We would like to congratulate our newest VIPS on being sworn in last Wednesday. We appreciate all of their hard work and everything the VIPS do for us at the PD! We are thrilled to welcome such a great group of people to the team. We couldn't do it without you guys. Congrats!

K9 Cash

Thank You For Your Service K9 Cash

K9 Cash served the Paradise Police Department from 2011-2021 with Sergeant Wilkey. During which time he assisted in the seizure of illegal drugs, fugitive apprehensions, and trackings. He also helped serve and rebuild our community both during and after the Camp Fire. Sadly Cash passed on October 6, 2023 with Sergeant Wilkey at his side. Thank you Cash for serving and protecting our community. We will never forget everything you have done for us. You will live on in our hearts and memories forever. 

Joanne Graham Painting a Picture of Titan

Joanne Graham Creates Portrait of K9 Titan

As a fundraiser for the Paradise Arts Center, Joanne is painting a portrait of K9 Titan. She got to meet her muse at Johnny Appleseed days and will be presenting the portrait to the Paradise Police Department for the fifth anniversary of the Camp Fire. Joanne is an amazing artist and we appreciate her capturing Titan's beauty as well as helping the community. Please make sure to support the Paradise Arts Center and all of their artists, they help keep our community beautiful!

New K-9 Team: Officer Eidhammer and K9 Phoenix

We are proud to welcome K9 team Eidhammer and Phoenix to the force. This pair has been training hard for the last four weeks in order to become a certified K9 team. Phoenix specializes in narcotics detection and tracking.  Thank you for helping to keep Paradise safe!

Police Volunteer, Jim Bozzer, has been a volunteer since 2003. 2023 marked 20 years of service to our Police Department! He exemplifies leadership and always brings a smile to everyone's face.  He has contributed a lot of hours to our community and we are forever grateful! Thank you for all you do and continue to do for us, Jim!

Chief Eric Reinbold Honored by the Red Cross
 

Paradise Police Chief, Eric Reinbold, was awarded 2020 Humanitarian Philanthropist of the Year, by the Red cross. He was also recognized by Congressman Doug LaMalfa for this award last week at Town Hall. Congratulations Chief Eric Reinbold for all of your efforts!
