• Lot Line Adjustment: A Lot Line Adjustment is required to adjust or modify a common, shared property line boundary between contiguous parcels of land, in accordance with the Subdivision Map Act.
• Parcel Merger: A Certificate of Merger is required to combine existing lots of record, in accordance with the Subdivision Map Act.
• Certificate of Correction: A Certificate of Correction is required to correct or amend an existing recorded final map or parcel map.
• Certificate of Compliance: Per Paradise Municipal Code 16.15.030-Certificate of Compliance, any person owning real property may request the Town Engineer to determine whether the real property complies with the provisions of this title and the Subdivision Map Act. 

All applications and supporting documentation are submitted to the Building Resiliency Center (BRC) at 6295 Skyway, Paradise, California, 95969

Applications are routed to the various departments to review. 

Parcel Maps or Tentative Parcel Maps are processed through the BRC and routed to the various departments to review.
